Taekwando
This form of martial arts originated in the 1940s in Korea and is a mix of many other martial arts. When you do taekwando, you will be kicking a lot – spinning kicks, high kicks or even jumping kicks. Judo

Capoeira
This Brazilian martial art involves two partners who acrobatically spar with one another without actually touching each other. Wing Chun
There is a rising popularity for Wing Chun which was Bruce Lee’s earlier form of martial arts. It is helpful for those with smaller built to fight against bigger people as they can use the opponent’s energy against them.
Aikido
This Japanese form helps improve core strength, muscle tone, flexibility and the cardiovascular system. It requires a flexible body as the training requires break falls. The repeated falling and getting up builds muscles and strengthens the back and legs.
Bodycombat
This is inspired from martial arts but only helps in burning calories and not with self defense. It’s a hybrid of aerobics and kicking and offers an intense cardio workout.
